Quest Self-Defense Mark Sentoshi Russo Drawing a Sword

Mark S. Russo began his Martial Arts training at the age of eight. What began as a childhood fascination evolved into a lifetime passion. Master Mark Sentoshi Russo holds Black Belt teaching licenses in six martial disciplines, and at 9th degree Black Belt is the world's highest rank in his chosen art.

Helen Jotoshi Russo has spent over 30 years under the direct guidance of renowned senior Master Instructor Mark Sentoshi Russo, and is one of only five women in the world to earn the title of To-Shin Do Master instructor. At 7th degree black belt she is the highest ranking female Master Instructor in the world in her chosen art.

Josh Untoshi Kraft is a To-Shin Do 3rd Degree Black Belt and Chief Instructor at Quest Self-Defense. Born in Gainesville, Florida, Josh brings a unique blend of discipline, creativity, patience, and quiet strength to his martial arts training and teaching.
