Martial Arts Master

Helen Jotoshi Russo has spent over 30 years under the direct guidance of renowned senior Master Instructor Mark Sentoshi Russo, and is one of only five women in the world to earn the title of To-Shin Do Master Instructor. At 6th degree black belt she is the highest ranking female Master Instructor in the world in her chosen art. Born in Nigeria and raised in Kent England, Jotoshi's charm and disarming air stand in stark contrast to her outstanding skills as a master martial artist. Having raised two children of her own, Jotoshi has an uncanny ability to create rapport with children and encourage them to achieve new levels of excellence. Her focus is to help everyone to have better self-esteem, more confidence, feel more empowered (especially the women and girls), and generally be better than they were yesterday in every aspect of their training and personal life.

The Program Director and Mighty Dragons instructor, Helen Russo, has over 30 years of martial arts experience, is the mother of two, a grandmother, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Transpersonal Counseling.
