Sentoshi Sensei was recently awarded the rank of 9th Degree Black Belt, making history as the first 9th degree ever in To-Shin Do. This is a rare rank in the martial arts and only awarded to someone who has dedicated their life to martial arts and has brought a huge contribution to the art they study. Master Sentoshi Russo has been training in the martial arts since the age of 8 and has spent over 35 years in the art of To-Shin Do and is now a
