Join internationally recognized experts in this 8 week Women’s Self-defense course.
Select Mondays and one Friday throughout July and August at 6:30 p.m.(July 2, 9, 23, 30 and August 6, 13, 17 and 27.) Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes long. This program is specifically customized for women wanting to learn some effective self-defense skills without having to make a long commitment to the martial arts. $25 for the first class – deducted from the $250 tuition if you enroll. The techniques we will teach you are practical, and will make sense as you explore how easily and effectively they work against an attacker. It’s just about guaranteed that your attacker is going to be bigger and stronger, so you don’t want to rely on techniques that require you to be bigger and stronger. Learn how to use the human musculoskeletal system against itself. Learn how to use the attacker’s strength and violent intentions against him. Training will include some secrets of psychological warfare and techniques will involve what others might be inclined to call dirty tricks which is a ridiculous term if you are trying to save your life.
