Author, lecturer, actor, seminar and retreat leader, Senior Master Instructor Mark Sentoshi Russo is the Dean of the Tampa Quest Center and possesses over 46 years of experience in the martial arts. 8th degree Black Belt, known as “teacher of the teachers,” he is the senior student of world renowned Ninja pioneer  Grandmaster Stephen K Hayes.
